Is It Ever To Early For A Fun Pumpkin???

I hope it isn't to early for pumpkins...I couldn't wait any longer....I never want summer to end, but I really needed a orange and black fix....I know I am like a lot of you out there in blog land that love Halloween and fall decorations....I don't think there is anything better than a good pumpkin...
I went to the fabric store, filled my basket with shades of orange, gold, green and black floss with a little purple thrown in just for fun and have been punching every since...
My first love is cross stitch I always have to cross stitch a little something in between all my other handwork loves...Hallow's Eve pattern is from Primitive Betty...
Last is my wool pumpkin penny pillow...
One other thing that got me started on Halloween, I have a huge pile of great fall cotton fabrics and wools that were just sitting in my sewing room wanting to be used....So of course I gave in..

These are the items I am listing on Early Work Mercantile later today...If you have the time stop by and take a look at all the fun handwork...

That is all I have for today....
Thanks so much for stopping by and for your kind comments they make my day.....
Take care,
Nancy

  2. Nancy, I am loving it all. Pumpkins are my favorite of things so I agree that it can never be too early for them. I even leave some out all year 'round. Your new pieces are wonderful.

  3. Oh, good, some pumpkins to look at. I remember last year, I really wasn't ready to put away my fall things and I knew I should be decorating for Christmas. They all look wonderful. I love every thing you make. Are you still thinking of doing a pattern book?
    Thanks for sharing your work.
